Scaling Public Services Through Collaborative Standards

This interactive workshop will explore the critical role of standards in scaling public services across Canada's municipal, provincial, and federal levels. To effectively adopt standards, we need to do more than just define them: We have to think about their development, enforcement, training, and governance. Participants will learn how to build effective public service delivery.With an emphasis on collaboration, co-creation, and shared reuse, and how to continue this work beyond the conference as part of a national initiative.
