Author, The Service Organization; a guide to orient organisations for successful services
Kate is the author of the best-selling book The Service Organization; a guide to orient organisations for successful services. She's the founder and director of The Service Org Group which supports leadership, teams and people to organise around services to improve their performance, through advisory, consultancy, talks and training.
As well as running public and in-house training and keynotes, she guest lectures at world class institutions including University College London and Harvard. Previously Kate was a senior leader in the service industry and the UK Government and has hands-on experience leading and delivering important and complex services in the public and private sectors.
