Lauren Hunter is the Director for Talent Policy and Platforms in the Office of the Chief Information Officer of Canada. Lauren and her team design and develop modern talent platform systems that support excellence in public service recruitment, paired with equity advancement and a focus on results. Lauren holds a Doctorate in Human Rights, and has spent the past decade applying this lens to digital government initiatives that prioritize inclusion and the delivery of measurable, concrete outcomes for Canadians.
