Lauren and her team design and develop modern talent platform systems that support excellence in public service recruitment, paired with equity advancement and a focus on results. Lauren holds a Doctorate in Human Rights, and has spent the past decade applying this lens to digital government initiatives that prioritize inclusion and the delivery of measurable, concrete outcomes for Canadians.
