Stephanie Oldfield (She / her)

Stephanie Oldfield is the Director of Digital and Data Policy for the Ontario Public Service. She holds a master's degree in public policy and administration and is an advocate for responsive, thoughtful, and continuously evolving government service delivery.

Outside of her OPS responsibilities, she enjoys developing the public servants of tomorrow through lecturing and teaching. She encourages her teams to work openly across portfolios, both "thinking big” and drilling down on how to navigate emerging digital and data issues to build a strong digital future.
