Dea De Jarisco has spent nearly a decade with the BC Government, working at the intersection of product leadership, human-centered design, and public sector innovation. She has led initiatives spanning digital talent and hiring systems, emergency management and disaster response, and most recently, Connected Services BC, integrating policy, design, and technology to modernize complex systems and services that people depend on.
A returning FWD50 speaker, Dea is driven by keeping humans at the center of how we design, develop, and deploy technology for good.
