Alexandre Teodoresco is a Montreal City Councillor for the Loyola district (Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough) and a member of the City of Montreal's Executive Committee, where he is responsible for optimization, municipal performance, and innovation, including portfolios related to artificial intelligence.
A graduate of HEC Montréal in marketing and finance, his professional career combines innovation, organizational transformation, and strategic development across both the public sector and the cultural and creative industries.
Before entering municipal politics, Alexandre Teodoresco worked for several years in the cultural and creative sectors, holding executive positions, contributing to large-scale project development, and operating as a cultural entrepreneur at the intersection of creation, technology, and innovation. This journey led him to work on integrating digital technologies and artificial intelligence within organizations and urban projects.
On the Executive Committee, he channels this dual experience—public and entrepreneurial—into improving the efficiency of municipal administration, optimizing processes, and positioning Montreal as an innovative, high-performing, and forward-looking city for the benefit of its citizens.
