As a transformation leader in the federal public service, Amanda specializes in driving change that aims to improve citizen and employee experiences and enhance government operations. She brings nearly a decade of experience in public policy, project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. The ladder half of her public sector career to date has focused on implementing complex digital solutions while focusing on the people side of change. She possesses a unique talent in understanding and translating the distinct challenges faced by government departments and agencies, and developing customized strategies that align people, technology, and processes with business needs - bridging the gap between complex technical jargon and business objectives to ensure successful project outcomes.

When Amanda is not working, she is a passionate volunteer, community builder and advocate, supporting causes such as mental health.
