Governments across the country and around the world have embraced the benefits of an open approach. Yet the legal and policy challenges can be difficult to navigate. This talk will focus on the challenges of open including the danger of turning open consultations into consultation theatre, the failures of access to information, and the privacy and anonymity considerations that arise with open data sets.
