This workshop provides an opportunity for two-way communication on what is (and what isn’t) working with our communications approach and engagement efforts on HR and Pay. It would create space on an issue that has not always been transparent: government transformation of HR and pay.
The activities or games would make space for open discussion, collect suggestions, and provide feedback on how we are engaging and communicating on HR and Pay, as well as on the Transparency by Design initiative itself. We want attendees to tell us what they really think, what they'd like to see from us, and to think outside the box on how we are doing.
