People are still people: Why digital tech needs behavioural science

The talk will cover what Behavioural Science is, and why people working in digital technology should care. It will include examples of behavioural science research within the digital space, a few key principles from behavioural sciences that are most applicable to the digital UX/UI context, and how the confluence of behavioural science and digital tech can be used to create choice architectures to drive better citizen decisions, create greater engagement and dialogue between citizens and governments, and create an online world that helps us think better.
