At Code for Canada, we know a thing or two about hacking into an established bureaucracy to work with/around obstacles, create the changes we hope to see in our governments, while building champions, not enemies, along the way. We’ve worked with government teams at every level to examine their existing work structure and find ways to streamline and fast-track ongoing digital projects that deliver value with limited resources.
