At the forefront of digital culture transformation, Roy Nader has a proven track record of inspiring and empowering an organizational wide digital culture. With a career spanning close to two decades, Roy is at the forefront of spearheading change and fostering a digital change.

A seasoned change manager, he has curated and executed numerous successful initiatives to help large organizational priorities, engaging thousands of participants.

Roy initiated the GoC groundbreaking "Clicks and Tips" community of practice in 2011, catalyzing a digital movement that inspired 1 in 20 GoC employees from 93 departments to embrace a digital work culture.

In 2020 at PSPC, Roy Nader led a significant change and engagement transformation program which garnered 1 in 12 employees to join Lets Get Digital within three months. His journey continued at ESDC, where he inspired and empowered more than 20,000 employees to embrace a digital culture. Roy received three ADM awards for his team’s work.

With a dedication to inspire and empower organizational wide digital culture change, Roy is poised to partner with organizations to lead innovative strategies and programs to make digital culture change happen.
