Amanda Bernardo (Host, Executive Track) (she/her)

Manager, Enterprise Strategy and Engagement, Shared Services Canada (SSC)

Amanda is a cross-functional public servant known for her professionalism, grit, and ability to deliver results. Her career to date with the Government of Canada has largely focused on public policy, project management, strategic public relations and engagement.

Amanda’s background includes a strong understanding of machinery of government, including government spending and operations; program design and implementation; cabinet and legislative affairs; project management; and, digital government.

She has most notably worked on files such as the Next Generation HR and Pay Initiative; has built digital mindsets, approaches and skills with the Digital Academy; led the development and implementation of the ArriveCAN mobile application as part of the Government of Canada’s border response to COVID-19; and, recently joined Shared Services Canada to lead the organization’s enterprise transformation agenda.

When Amanda is not working, she is a passionate volunteer, community builder and advocate, supporting causes such as mental health, and leading community meetups with OneTeamGov Virtual.
