Teri Green is a globally recognized cybersecurity and AI governance leader, serving as Vice President of Technology at Elevate and CIO/CISO and Founder of Lite Technology Solutions. With over 18 years of experience spanning engineering to executive leadership, she specializes in bridging the gap between innovation, policy, and real-world implementation.

Teri is the creator of the T.E.S.T. Framework (Touch, Execute, Store, Trust)—an evidence-based model helping organizations evaluate AI risk, governance, and trust at scale. Her work has been featured in leading industry publications and on global stages, including the SANS AI Summit, where she equips leaders with practical strategies to move from AI hype to accountable adoption.

A 2025 WomenTech Global Awards Gold Winner for Cybersecurity Leader of the Year and one of the Top 100 CISOs in North America, Teri is known for translating complex technology into executive-level decisions that drive impact across government, energy, and education sectors.

She is also the author of the award-winning book Code Quest: The Ethics Engine, advancing AI literacy and digital ethics for the next generation.
