Luke is a storyteller and strategist working at the intersection of technology and the public interest. As the former Director of Outreach at Code for Canada, he helped launch and scale Canada’s leading civic tech nonprofit. He’s worked with government agencies at all three levels to help them work in the open and deliver digital transformation projects. In a former life, he was a reporter, editor, podcast host and data visualizer at Metro News Canada.
