Natalie McGee (Moderator) (she/her)

Executive Director, Enterprise Strategic Planning, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS)

Natalie joined TBS OCIO in July 2018 in the Chief Technology Office sector where she leads the implementation of the GC’s digital technology strategy for IT infrastructure, digital communications, enterprise architecture, data and artificial intelligence as well as the operations for the GC IT Lifecycle (IT Planning, Expenditures and Application Portfolio) Management. She joined TBS from ISED where she held a pioneering role in the department to understand ISED’s digital-service-to-business and regulatory landscape under the mandate of promoting the “Innovation and Skills” agenda.

Prior to joining the Government of Canada in 2011, Natalie worked in private sector, working early in the “Web 1.0” era doing usability, business analysis and “e.services” development and played a critical role in vehicle and supply chain quality assurance for the mass market launch of the 1997 Toyota Corolla at the Cambridge, Ontario plant.

Ms. McGee holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and a Diploma in Applied Information Technology from ITI Institute.
