Principles of empathy, openness, and authenticity are what drew Beth to the One Team Gov movement in 2017. As part of the Nova Scotia Digital Service, she’s been there from the beginning, advocating for a human centered approach. In the face of barriers, Beth believes that’s her not-so-secret superpower is to always wear her heart on her sleeve.
