The humble website is at the centre of how citizens and businesses see and interact with governments online, but examples of brilliant government websites are still few and far between. In fact, they are a byword for confusing, often driving people toward expensive face to face support or commercial offers which pick up the gap.
Why are governments still getting it so wrong?
