Delivering at the Speed of Trust

Government needs to be available at the point of need–whether you’re lining up at a Service Canada Centre, or on your couch late at night long after your kids have gone to bed. But before services can be delivered at the speed of need, the public service needs to be set up to deliver at the speed of trust.

We’ll share how our team works and what we're building to orient compliance around services–instead of the other way around. Be prepared to confront some pre-internet rules that govern how public servants work during our interactive component–you’ll be tackling a problem in an activity that mirrors what product teams currently need to follow to release a service. Some of these rules still apply today; others require a different approach.
