Customer Insight & Analytics Director - Customer Experience Sector, Department of Government Enablement, Abu Dhabi

Sultan Al Jasmi is an accomplished communications and analytics professional with over 17 years of experience in strategy, policy development, customer services, and media relations. A graduate of the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development Program, he currently serves as the Customer Insight & Analytics Director in the Customer Experience Sector at the Department of Government Enablement, Abu Dhabi.
 
In this role, Sultan leads efforts to analyze customer insights and enhance customer experience strategies. Previously, he worked in communications and campaigning for major government services and initiatives, successfully improving customer experience and strengthening community support for these programs.
 
His extensive background includes serving as Communications Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he played a key role in public diplomacy and media relations. He has also held positions as the Director of Government Communications at the Ministry of Culture and the Director of the Strategic Communication Unit at the UAE Government Media Office. Additionally, Sultan has held significant roles at The Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation.
 
Notable achievements in his career include managing communications for the UAE Cabinet and major government initiatives and events, such as the launch of UAE Vision 2021, and the World Government Summit.
