Isabelle Ohlson

I’m a socially engaged designer with a focus on user research and experience within public environments. I love bringing people together to affect change. I’ve been working at the Ministry of Justice for two years as a Service Designer. Last year I worked on the roll out of video calls across all prisons in the UK and I’m currently working on the Prison Leavers Project; more specifically looking at harnessing relationships to better rehabilitation for people leaving prison.
