Daphnée is a change leader with 20 years of experience building products and driving the adoption of innovative digital practices.

Currently, she is a leader at the Benefits Delivery Modernization, Service Canada, heading an intrepid team of digital talent strategy team responsible for creating excellent end-to-end employee experiences rooted in equity and inclusion.

Past speaking engagements include Policy Ignite, GovConnect, NYC[x] Innovation Fellows program (Mayor’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer), Forward50, Haiti Tech Summit and Diversity in Digital Services (Canadian Digital Service).
