This forum brings together talent leaders working tirelessly to connect the dots between where we are, and where we need to be, when it comes to talent. Some are working with central agencies and policy centres, while others are piloting innovative programs, supporting non-traditional career pathways and finding ways to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into their digital workforce.
